Public courses are just that. They are open to anyone that can pay Green Fees. Occasionally you will get receive discounts on public courses, if you live in the area. Since they are open to everyone, they tend to get busy especially on weekends or holidays, everyone has off. The key here is toMake sure you're getting a start time in advance. Make sure you keep the start time. Most public courses are not keeping your time when you are very late.

Private golf courses are usually country clubs. They can be very selective in whom they can join their club. If you are lucky enough to get in these clubs are then you will want to ensure that you follow their rules for golf. Many, if not all, country clubs have a dress code that they enforce. If you show up with the wrongClothing they could not play you.

Another thing you should know is to make sure that you bring extra money. This additional money is for the caddies and the bag handlers. While you do not have to tip them to do, it is extremely rude if you do not. Not to mention that many of them earn their money from tips, so if you do not tip them then they have worked really only free.

Of course, in principle, are Summer Resort. The good thing about them is that youYou do not have to be a member to play on them. However, you may have a guest in the local hotel that they used to be. If you planning for a vacation, it would be prudent courses, the resort and hotel in which they work. You might be a bit more expensive than a normal golf course, but it will be worth it, as they are places located in popular vacation destination.
